Tuesday: Review vocabulary words and submit homework. Begin reading “Amigo Brothers” by Piri Thomas. Finish reading and respond to questions on page 332 in literature book (due tomorrow).
Wednesday: Discuss responses to “Amigo Brothers” and collect homework. Finish vocabulary review.
Thursday: In-class: Writing Workshop. Begin reading “Ribbons” by Lawrence Yep. Finish reading and respond to questions on page 358 (due Monday).
