Announcements:

• Bring your FFA novel and packet to class on Wednesday. You will be able to use both on the final test. Novels will be collected on this day as well.
• Study session is this Friday @ 8:20 A.M. Pick up a pass from back table.
• 2nd trimester ends February 26th.

• Mini-lesson: How to write an extended response.
• Period 6 and 7 only:
• Assign writing workshop end-of-trimester assignment (see handout for details). Due date for 6th and7th period only: February 23rd.

• FFA test
• Bring a book to read after test is completed.

Thursday:

• Review comma rules for post-test.
• Period 1 and 2 only:
• Assign writing workshop end-of-trimester assignment (see handout for details). Due date 1st and 2nd period only: February 25th
